I cannot connect to the wireless network, where can I get help?
For SIT owned equipment please log a job with the IT Helpdesk.
For personal gear please ensure you have followed the steps in the FAQs. As there are hundreds of different models of mobile devices, the helpdesk will only be able to ensure the wireless network is up and running and your access is still available. The helpdesk cannot support individual devices. You can, however, visit the BIT helpdesks located in the Cafe or Library for assistance with your personal device.
