How can I change my password?

Step 1: Go to the self-help password reset website through https://reset.sit.ac.nz/

Step 2: Enter your SIT email i.e., student_ID@student.sit.ac.nz (e.g., 202300XXXX@student.sit.ac.nz)

Step 3: You will receive a call on your phone to verify your identity. Please pick the call and press the hash # key.

Step 4: While setting a new password the requirements are, minimum 8 characters including at least one of each, small letter, capital letter and number. Additionally, it cannot have your name or your date of birth in it. For returning students you cannot use any of your past 25 passwords.

Step 5: Go to your MYSIT portal through https://my.sit.ac.nz/
