Issues with MySIT login
If you face any issues with login, the first step is to check if you can access your account through a private window on your internet browser.
Note: Having work account and SIT account on same browser tends to conflict with Blackboard. Hence using an alternate browser is advised.
Below are instructions on how to open private/incognito browser window.
If you can’t access your account in a private window reset your password and try again. You can reset your password by going to https://reset.sit.ac.nz.
If account login is successful using a private window, then the next step is to clear your internet browser’s cookies & cache data. Steps below.
Once you have cleared the browsers cookies and cache data try logging in again.
